The aim is to portray the structure, which is the Baronial Palace of one of the noble local families of the Salento hinterland, preserving the atmosphere of the past. Highlight the services and their peculiarities: a Spa created from an ancient water cistern with exposed ancient stones, the Signoria restaurant with excellent service and wines, and the Nophasi Café, one of the highest expressions of national pastry made in the small Ardore workshop, located inside Nohasi Palace.
