The Picture Desk for Interior
Every month, the Picture Desk receives dozens of original projects from international photographers and architecture studios.
Images are carefully selected according to the editorial guidelines of magazines and the needs of companies and brands using them for catalogues, campaigns, and communication materials.
For content intended for corporate use, we also verify all the necessary documentation to ensure the correct licensing of images, with particular attention to releases and usage rights.
Rights & Licensing Management
The proper management of usage rights is a fundamental part of IPA’s work.
For this reason, the Picture Desk works closely with the Licensing team, verifying all the elements required for the distribution and licensing of content. From selecting the most appropriate usage licence to reviewing Property Releases and Model Releases, every piece of content is carefully checked to ensure it can be used in full compliance with rights and licensing requirements.
IPA’s Licensing team also manages relationships with leading international organizations specialized in copyright protection, including PicRights, Copytrack, and Rights Defend, providing clients with qualified support even in the stages following content acquisition.
IPA Digital Archive Support
The Picture Desk also provides support to users of archive.ipa-agency.net, IPA’s proprietary platform for browsing and downloading editorial and creative content.
The team offers technical and operational assistance for the use of the platform, helping clients manage access, navigate available features, and resolve any issues, ensuring that the archive remains a simple, reliable, and efficient working tool.
