Un Project Manager, acting as a liaison between the client and the production team will be your point of contact throughout all planned project phases.
Depending on the type of content to be produced and the target channel, the Project Manager will assemble the team with the necessary roles. They will keep you constantly updated on the progress of the activity and oversee the production of the agreed content, ensuring adherence to the scheduled timelines and expected quality.

PHASE 1: ANALYSIS + BRIEF

Assessment of the required activity and definition of the project brief between the Project Manager and the client, concerning the type of content requested and the publication timelines.

PHASE 2: PLANNING

The Project Manager selects the necessary operational roles and defines the planning for each project phase, in line with the agreed publication timelines. This phase will include one or more client reviews and approvals, depending on the complexity of the project.

PHASE 3: PUBLICATION / DELIVERY

The publication of digital content online may be carried out directly by our team, according to the agreed terms, on the designated channel. Alternatively, we will provide the content and necessary information for the client to publish independently. Regarding the printing and distribution of print editorial content, the delivery method will be defined during the Brief phase, based on your needs.
